Every month, millions of girls and young women experience menstruation. Yet for many, periods are still surrounded by stigma, misinformation, embarrassment, and inequality. Too many girls miss school because they lack access to menstrual products, accurate information, or supportive spaces to talk about their experiences.  

Menstrual health is not only a health issue—it is an education, gender equality, and social justice issue.  

Without intervention, the cycle of stigma, misinformation, and exclusion continues.

Flow & Glow was created to change that.  

Flow & Glow is an innovative educational board game and learning programme that uses play, storytelling, peer support, and interactive learning to help girls understand their bodies, embrace their cycles, and build confidence. Through a fun and engaging journey around the menstrual cycle, players learn about menstruation, emotional wellbeing, self-care, body literacy and sexual reproductive health.  

Flow & Glow transforms menstrual health education into an empowering experience.   Using a beautifully designed board game, participants journey through the four phases of the menstrual cycle:

🔴 Menstrual Phase – Rest & Reflection

🟡 Follicular Phase – Growth & Learning

🟢 Ovulation Phase – Confidence & Expression

🟣 Luteal Phase – Self-Awareness & Boundaries  

Through quizzes, affirmations, storytelling, challenges, and peer discussions, players gain practical knowledge while building confidence and emotional resilience.
